Reserve Your Place in the Queue

Limited commissions are released in collections. Once you've secured your booking, your place is locked into my painting queue and I'll work through portraits in the order they were reserved.

You'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to know, including when to submit your photos and what happens next.

Submit Your Reference Photos

When it's your turn, I'll invite you to upload your pet's photos. I'll also share exactly what makes the best reference images to ensure your portrait turns out beautifully.

Every portrait is painted by hand using professional watercolours. I work on one commission at a time, giving each pet the care and attention they deserve.

Before your portrait is packaged, I'll send you a digital preview so you can see your finished artwork before it leaves my studio.

I'll always work with you before your portrait ships to make sure it feels right — your happiness matters more to me than a fast turnaround.

Yes — memorial portraits are some of the most meaningful work I do, and I treat them with extra care.

Once you reserve, I hold your place in the queue and turn away other bookings for that spot — the deposit reflects that commitment. It's fully credited toward your final portrait price, so it's never an extra cost, just paid upfront.

Your deposit isn't refundable, but it is transferable — just let me know and I'll happily move it to a future collection whenever the timing suits you better.
