Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Please note that during busy times (like holidays or sales events), processing may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s any delay.
Shipping Time:
After your order is processed, shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Standard Post in Australia : Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days
- Express Post in Australia (Aus post): Estimated delivery time 1-3 business days
- International Post: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days (Please note: international orders may take longer depending on customs processing).
Shipping Costs:
- Untracked Card Shipping: $4.00 flat rate
- Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate
- Express Shipping: $12.96 flat rate
- Free Local Pickup: Available for customers in Ringwood, Victoria, Australia's—choose Local Pickup at checkout in the "how to get it" section for free local pickup (estimated time: 2-4 business days).
Lost Mail
If you added Shipping Protection to your order, you're covered for any parcels that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. Without Shipping Protection, we’re unable to cover missing or untracked parcels so we always recommend ticking that box at checkout for peace of mind.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track its journey to your doorstep. 📦
Please note: Shipping lead times may be affected due to high demand or external factors (such as weather, customs delays, or global events like the pandemic). We appreciate your patience and understanding!
Returns Policy
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase! If you change your mind or if something’s not quite right, we’ve made it easy to return or exchange your items.
For Non-Custom Products:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange.
- The item(s) must be in original, unused condition (tags, packaging, etc. must be intact).
- Returns are free for all orders in Australia! For international orders, return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
For Custom Portraits and Personalized Items:
- We truly pour our hearts into creating custom portraits, but please note that custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you have any concerns, please reach out to us right away! We’ll do everything we can to make it right. ❤️
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: Before returning anything, please email us at hello.annalisepaints@gmail.com with your order details.
- Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with clear instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Refund/Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as per your request.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you! Simply get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
