Annalise Paints began in 2020, around a kitchen table, during a time when the world felt a little uncertain — and creativity offered a way through. Armed with a humble set of watercolours and a friendly art challenge with my neighbour, I discovered something special: a deep love for painting pets and capturing the soul behind their sweet, furry faces.
What started as a lockdown passion project quickly grew into something so much more. 

Today, Annalise Paints is a one-woman studio based in Melbourne, dedicated to creating heartfelt keepsakes for the pet-obsessed.

At the heart of it all are my custom watercolour pet portraits — hand-painted with care, emotion, and a whole lot of love. But over the years, the collection has grown to celebrate the beautiful bond between people and their pets in even more ways, including:

• Greeting cards – featuring over 60 hand-painted cats, dogs, and farm friends
• Cute caps and thoughtful gifts – for pet people who want to wear their obsession proudly
